To be considered as an associate, candidates must have a minimum of 20 years experience and tending towards having gray hair or 'nae hair'!

Most associates have been personally known by the Managing Director for many years or have been introduced to DWSCL on the personal recommendation of friends or other associates.

All associates are interviewed personally by the MD and references are checked, therefore clients can be assured that the quality of work done by any DWSCL introduced person will be of the highest quality - guaranteed!
